How do I know what size of shirt to order?

High Point Shoulder (HPS) is measured from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem of the shirt 

Bust Width is measured across the bust 1” below the armhole, seam to seam.

How long will it take to receive my box?

Our team is preparing your shipment as fast as possible, but due to increased safety measures internally and externally, shipments may be delayed. The time we need to prepare an order for shipping is usually 1 to 2 business days. The estimated shipping time is 3 to 7 days if shipped within Canada, and 5 to 10 days if shipped to the United States.

Health & Safety

The Lemonade team is committed to maintaining the highest level of hygiene standards as recommended by health specialists. Our staff are vigilant with hygiene procedures, wearing gloves and masks, and wiping down hard surfaces frequently.

What do I do if I received a damaged product, or missing an item altogether?

Should you ever receive a product that is damaged, or your shipment is missing a product altogether, please send an email to orders@lemonademovement.org within two (2) business days of delivery. In the email, please include a photo of the damaged or the wrong item you received, as well as your Order Number. We will gladly take care of it for you!

Are Boxes Customizable?

Looking for a custom lemonade box to send? Sure! Send us an email and one of our representatives will get back to you as soon as possible.

What’s inside the box?

A preview of all of the amazing things inside can be found on our website. While we have hand selected the finest elements for each box for our customers, however some minor product modifications may apply. This is based on product availability and demand.

Are purchases refundable?

Customer happiness is of extreme importance to us, and we take great pride in delivering quality products. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our products. All Lemonade Movement box sales are final and non-refundable
