Spread Some Joy!
Our Quest for Zest
The idea of making Lemonade really isn’t new. In fact, that simple recipe became our remedy for stolen time when our creative passion was forced to a halt. A small group of Canadian Event Designers, suspended from what we do best, reached into our basket of Lemons. The temporary collapse of the Live Event Industry, including the cancellation of global events, marches, parades & festivals was like nothing we had experienced before. It is with these Lemons, that we made Lemonade.
Our zest for events has been re-imagined in a way that with your help, will unite people in a positive way. This is an opportunity to re-calibrate our commitment to the industry, small businesses and mental health initiatives. Our communities, celebrations and cultural diversities depend on it.
This is a movement that will honour them. For every single box purchase, the Lemonade Movement donates back to two incredible foundations; the Special Event Assistance, Relief & Crisis Help (SEARCH) Foundation and the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH).
Show off your support on social media with the #lemonademovement and let the world know you are part something really juicy.
My Name is Joy.
I’m writing to share with you my commitment to making Lemonade. I live by a very simple recipe that allows us to celebrate unity, with only 3 ingredients:
Life’s Lemons, Love & Compassion –
I hope you will join me.
There’s no twist. More now than ever, we exist in a world that can really get us down. Our sisters, brothers, children and children’s children are suffering from emotional, mental and physical illnesses globally.
I want them to know they are not alone.
Lemonade is a united experience for all, especially now as we are unable to celebrate and educate one another through live experiences. My hope for us is to celebrate together how we live, how we love and what we wear – as a Movement.
We have created a series of collections that can unite us, while giving back to those who need it most. Together we can squeeze the moment, creating a message of positivity.
I invite you to share your lemons with the world!
